Child Death Review (CDR) and Fetal Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) teams aim to better understand how and why children die through comprehensive, multidisciplinary reviews of events and circumstances surrounding a child’s death. The National Center for Fatality Review and Prevention is the national resource and data center for Fetal and Infant Mortality Review and Child Death Review.
